consulting work
I practice from a holistic, non-carceral, decolonized, and anti-oppressive lenses where I integrate lived experience, creative expression, art in all forms, and spirituality to help guide folx into becoming the most authentic, bold, and brave versions of themselves.
I have a lot of experience with folx mostly from ages 12-40’s experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, spirituality, stress, relationship concerns, suicidality, self-harm, and queer and BIPOC lived experiences to name a few.
I hold a licensed clinical social worker license in California, Texas, and Tennessee to support my queer and BIPOC folx who may not have access to therapy. I received my BA in Sociology with a minor in Queer studies from UCSB and my MSW from USC. I also hold a grief certification and have completed the Institute for the Development of Human Arts Transformative Mental Health Curriculum. I am a light worker who currently is practicing as a social worker.
I am currently pausing individual therapy services, with the possibility of groups coming soon.
Currently I offer consulting work to educate at non-profits, conferences, the school system, hospitals, GSA’s or other queer clubs at local schools, and other institutions.
I speak on the intersection of queerness and self-harm with a focus on queer youth.
Please contact me if you are interested in my work and would like to have me present at your organization. I look forward to collaborating together.
